| What is the LinkPoints Rewards Programme? |
The LinkPoints Rewards Programme is a customer-benefits programme for Cardholders. With the Card, you can earn LinkPoints and redeem for attractive vouchers &/or items when you shop or dine at hundreds of our participating merchants´ outlets in Singapore. You can also redeem rewards at the LinkPoints Rewards Centre (NTUC Centre, Basement, One Marina Blvd), or Online Rewards via our website at www.linkpoints.com.sg.
Rebates are only enjoyed by NTUC Members who hold the NTUC Card / U Card. |

| How does the LinkPoints Rewards Programme work? |
| When you present your Card at the sales counter of any of the LinkPoints Merchants´ outlets, LinkPoints are issued and stored in our system. These LinkPoints can subsequently be used to redeem for attractive vouchers or/and items at our participating merchants´ outlets, at the LinkPoints Rewards Centre as well as our Online Rewards. |

| How & where can I earn LinkPoints? |
You can earn LinkPoints whenever you shop at any of our participating merchant outlets, identified with the LinkPoints signages. You are required to produce your LinkPoints Card at point of purchase to earn LinkPoints. An updated listing can be found at LinkPoints website. The LinkPoints may only be made to cardholders who make the purchase(s) personally at the point-of-sale.
Also, you can earn LinkPoints when you shop with the NTUC-OBC VISA Card as well as through many OCBC Bank products.
Nebo Cardholders are not able to earn/redeem LinkPoints at NTUC FairPrice supermarkets and Best Denki. |

| How and where can I redeem my LinkPoints? |
When you present your Card personally at the redemption counter, the amount of LinkPoints required for redemption is deducted through your Card using the terminal. The transaction is recorded on the receipt. You can readily redeem your LinkPoints at any of the participating merchants´ outlets identified with LinkPoints´ signages. Or you may check out who the LinkPoints Merchants are from our website at www.linkpoints.com.sg.
Alternatively, you can also redeem rewards at the LinkPoints Rewards Centre, or Online rewards via our website at www.linkpoints.com.sg. |

| How can I check my LinkPoints balance? |
| You can check your LinkPoints balance at any of LinkPoints Merchant outlets. You may also check your LinkPoints balance via our website at www.linkpoints.com.sg or call our Customer Service Hotline at 6213 8008 (For NTUC members) or 6223 5225 (For max card members). |

| Is there an annual card fee? |
The annual fee for participating in the LinkPoints programme is 500 LinkPoints. This is deducted from the accumulated number of LinkPoints you have at the end of a calendar year. If you have insufficient LinkPoints, you will not be required to top up the difference in cash and the outstanding amount will not be carried forward to the following year.
NTUC Link reserves the right to review the participating fee. |

| When will the LinkPoints expire? |
| The LinkPoints earned in a calendar year will expire on the 31 December of that year. However, Cardholders are given an additional six months´ grace period to redeem their LinkPoints. NTUC Link may from time to time, amend the validity period of the LinkPoints. LinkPoints not redeemed by the expiry date shall automatically expire. |

| Can I combine the LinkPoints earned in different years for the purpose of redemption? |
| Yes. You may combine LinkPoints earned in different years for the purpose of redemption as long as they are not expired. |

| What should I do if my card is damaged, lost or stolen? |
Loss of NTUC or Max Card
You should report the loss to NTUC Link Pte Ltd. The Card may be replaced and there will be an administration fee of $3.00 (subject to GST). You may make cash payment at our rewards centre located at NTUC Centre, No. 1 Marina Boulevard, Basement, One Marina Boulevard.
If payment is by cheque, we only accept Cheque Truncation System (CTS) cheque, and it must be crossed and issued in favour of "NTUC Link Pte Ltd.”. Replacement forms may be downloaded from our website at www.linkpoints.com.sg.
Upon replacement, should your Card be found, kindly do not use the card, as it would be invalidated. You will be required to surrender the invalidated Card to NTUC Link Pte Ltd.

| How often will the LinkPoints records be updated in your system? |
The LinkPoints transaction file updates from merchants (except online merchants) will be sent to NTUC Link daily. The updates will be reflected in our system on the following working weekday.
For online merchants like OCBC Bank, Lim & Tan Securities and Priceline, the transaction file updates will be sent to NTUC link on the 1st and/or 15th of every month. The updates will then be reflected in our system on the following working weekday. |

| When will the LinkPoints expire? |
LinkPoints earned in a calendar year will expire on the 31 December of that year. However, cardholders are given an additional six months grace to redeem their points. LinkPoints not redeemed after the grace period the following year will be expired.
NTUC Link reserves the rights to amend the validity period of the LinkPoints. |
